Speculation (2019)

Feeling a bit burned out from the incredibly dynamic and time consuming Metaphysical Transmutation piece, Speculation was really just a quick & experimental piece. I came across Yupo Translucent paper by Legion and a lot of my acrylic paint pen colors were looking fantastic on the paper, especially my beloved Liquid Chrome pen. No inspiration or direction for this design. It was a sit down and create piece – much like Dimensional Layers was back in 2018. The piece ended up looking a bit like a kaleidoscope.
