After my first piece, PRIMUM, I immediately jumped in to craft a 2nd piece. I wanted it to be more dynamic and bigger. You can see the early stages of my preference for using black up against bright colors, my use of shapes, and attempt at crafting perspective.

Once the piece was finished and I was looking at it, the triangles reminded me of circuits. I researched the name and came across the word circuitous which means “not being forthright or direct in language or action”. This seemed fitting for a second art piece that really had no direction other than me wanting to continue creating. I condensed the name to just ‘Circuitus’.
